Lembongan Tour

What is more exciting than travelling with your old friends to a place you never visit. Then you 're laughing at same old jokes, remembering all the silliness you’ve done and talking about what you’ve been done all this time.
Got two sunny days from these all-day-long-rainy-days, I felt so blessed. Then with all of my curiosity I went to Nusa Lembongan.

An island that is still in Bali Province, Nusa Lembongan is only 8 km square. It can be reached only by boat in approximately 30 minutes. Quite crowded as a small island, Nusa Lembongan gives us an exciting experience while visiting it. I’m sure you’ll never get bored of Bali, but visiting Nusa Lembongan is definitely a good deal and you’ll be amazed to find the “mini Bali”.

Stepping in Nusa Lembongan I felt...

BALI! The local people are Balinese. There are no significant differences except I saw tourists almost in every places. And I smell sea everywhere!

What I did in Nusa Lembongan...

MOTORCYCLING
Most people used motorcycle as the main transportation that make us easier to look around, explore the island and reached many places efficiently. But don’t forget to put your sunblock before exploring!

MANGROVE TOUR
Spending about 30 minutes to go around mangrove that are planted to prevent abration, pretty fun. We paid IDR 100.000 for the boat tour. The weather were hot and the sun kissed my skin perfectly so It was calming to see greens that hide us enough from the sun.

SNORKELING
The favorite activity that most people do in Nusa Lembongan is snorkeling! One of the most looking for are seeing Manta in Manta Bay. We were quite lucky that the Manta made an appearance in front of us although not all of us saw them. I was so lucky to see colorful fishes and a group of dolphin!
Just a reminder, It would be better to prepare yourself well, because you may get seasick like I did. Oh my, I can’t swim and we’re gonna snorkeling in a bay that has huge waves?

I visited beaches and iconic spots like...

KUNING BRIDGE
a bridge that connect Nusa Lembongan to Nusa Ceningan. It’s only one tiny lane, so to cross it you must wait a little to take your turn.

DREAM BEACH
My favorite beach! It has clear white sands and deep blue sea. Very photogenic! You would not get bored to be there. It was so magical to feel the wind blow your hair while smelling the sea. Your eyes would be satisfied to see a wonderful view while letting your skin touched by the water and the sand.

SUNSET BEACH
No much differences, beaches here are beautiful as well. Although It was named “sunset”, we decided not to wait for the sunset there.

SUNSET POINT
Pretty cool place to watched the sunset while chit chatting, toast your beer, and sang some songs.

PANORAMA POINT
If you love to see the view of the whole island from the top, this place would suits you well!

In Nusa Lembongan I stayed at...

I chose It because of the great review at Trip Advisor. And I proved It right! The owners were really nice. We took a package that they offered include room, boat from Sanur (return), motorcycle (with gasoline),  and snorkeling for only IDR 300.000 each. Such a great deal! I was satisfied that the room were clean and comfortable. Definitely will come back!

My travel must brings...

My Samsung NX 3000, sunnies, Vaseline healthy sunblock, face lotion with SPF (Aloe Vera Shooting Lotion SPF 15 from The Body Shop did a great work!), Banana Boat After Sun Aloe Vera Gel, and you may need mosquito repellent!
